Sports and Fitness Cruisercise is a great way to stay fit while you cruise. Depending
on your ship, take your pick of stretch and tone, walk-a-mile, aquacise,
workouts in the gym and aerobics classes. Sports enthusiasts can also compete
for medals and prizes. A variety of cruisercise logo sport wear is also available
for purchase in the boutiques onboard. Join ping-pong and shuffleboard
tournaments or get in the swing with golf putting and chipping. Many Princess

Learn to snorkel and/or scuba dive with professional, fully certified PADI
instructors. Princess' New Waves program is available on all seven-day cruises
to the Caribbean. Under the guidance of the New Waves staff, you can get your
feet wet with snorkelling and scuba demonstrations, snorkelling classes and tours
and scuba tours for non-certified and certified divers. You can even get a full
scuba certification during your cruise.
Lotus Spa and Fitness Lotus Spa offers everything from facials & scrub to massage
therapy, body therapy, body wraps, salon services, and much more. Princess wants

Princess fitness programs are equally diverse with gymnasiums on all ships

Personal Choice Dining This exciting, new approach to shipboard dining enhances Princess's
trademark 24-hour restaurant choice with yet another option. Now passengers can
dine where, when and with whom they want in their signature dining rooms. While
other cruise lines may let you dine when you want, it may not necessarily be
with whom you want. They may offer several seating times, but they don't offer
"anytime" dining options. Princess is the only cruise line to give passengers
both Traditional Fixed Seating and restaurant-style Anytime Dining. Whichever
dining option you choose, you'll enjoy the same delectable menus and follow the
same dress code as in the dining rooms each night.
In addition to Personal Choice Dining option, there are always two seatings
for dinner. Princess also offer select theme nights featuring famous cuisines
from around the world, including French and Italian. Relax while you dine on
such delights as lobster and caviar, filet mignon and flavoured soufflés. On some
ships they also feature steak houses offering a variety of options.
All Princess ships have dining options available around the clock. From
24-hour pizzerias and room service; to casual dining bistros and grills; and on

Kids and Teens The Princess Kids & Off Limits Teens' program make child's play
of family travel. Princess Youth and Teen Centres offer a boatload of fun,
featuring everything from arts and crafts to video games, discos, movies, splash
pools and more!
Junior cruisers ages 3 to 17 can enjoy a boatload of exciting onboard
activities. Princess's dedicated youth centres are staffed by trained
counsellors, who are ready to ensure each young sailor stay happy all day long.

Accessibility Cruising The Princess Access program raises the standards of cruise ship
access to a new level while keeping in mind the inherent constraints and special
considerations of a ship at sea.
Princess is proud to have the highest number of wheelchair accessible
staterooms in the industry. Doorways wide enough for most chairs, rooms designed
with wheelchair movement in mind, and bathrooms featuring roll-in showers and
hand-held detachable showerheads are among the list of special accommodations.
Additionally, special wheelchair transportation gangway mechanisms, ramps, and
elevators with Braille call buttons as well as audible arrival sounds are
available aboard many or all of their ships. They also have a supply of ADA "all
in one kits" including telephone amplifiers, visual smoke detectors, door
knocker sensors, text telephones and other aids for guests with hearing
impairment.
