Take your pick of the top-deck buffet in Plantations for breakfast and lunch then go global for dinner, with everything from tempting Thai Curries to chicken with cashew nuts and classic international flavours to choose from. For the widest menu, pull up a chair in the Waterfront restaurant where alongside traditional favourites like roast beef, you’ll find signature Mediterranean dishes such as paella, moussaka and seafood Provencal.

Book a table at The Bistro and give your taste buds a real treat with menus devised by the hot celebrity TV chef James Martin. Savour the heavenly delights of prosciutto with oven roasted tomatoes, mozzarella and basil or double-baked emmental soufflé drizzled with cream. The Bistro serves six main menus including two for vegetarians.
